Looping
Fenixta loop machines are advanced machines that you place first in your coil production line. Ergonomic drum stand design eases loading and unloading reels. Continuous adjusting copper bar tension and copper bar straightener are also premium features of Fenixta loop machines. You can change looping direction and adjust tension levels on copper reels, rotation speed and more via HMI touchscreen. step 3:
Taping
Accuracy and precision is very important while taping your coil with delicate and expensive insulation materials. While holding your coil firmly on our taping platforms, you can easily adjust overlapping percentage of your tapes on our taping head. Both the platform and the head don’t require any preparation or set up time. Fenixta taping head also don't require any compressed air as it is servo motor driven. This feature reduces energy costs.

Presing
Fenixta coil press machines can be used both as consolidation press and resin-rich press. It has eight press blocks in two separate groups.
These press blocks can be operated separately or eight blocks in two groups. In that way,
it can work in harmony with other coil production machines while long pressing process (up to one hour) is on.
